Cultivating Intuition

In four consecutive classes, Cultivating Intuition will help you grow your intuition through online teachings, guided meditations, written materials, journal prompts, partner collaborations, and Q&A check-ins. We will meet via Zoom on Wednesdays 10/23, 10/30, & 11/6 and then we'll hold a hybrid In-person/Zoom class on Sunday 11/10. All classes will be recorded and links shared/posted for self-pacing, in case you miss a live class, or if you'd just like to re-view. Zoom and live classes will be recorded and the recordings will be sent to registrants after each session. That way, if you have a scheduling conflict or would like to review the content of the class at a later date, you're welcome to. Great for folks with busy or unpredictable schedules and for those who prefer to self-pace. Class One 10/23/24: Background & Techniques - we'll discuss the nature of intuition throughout time and what we mean by intuition today. Through a heart-centered guided meditation, we'll invite the body-mind into deep relaxation so that we can best identify and receive intuitive information. We'll explore different approaches & techniques to intuitive or psychic messages that will help you optimize your receptivity, clarity and accuracy. Class Two 10/30/24: Daily Practice - you'll learn to recognize intuitive guidance in your everyday life through quiet thoughts, circumstances, dreams, signs and synchronicities. Through a body & chakra focused meditation, you'll discover areas of strength and challenge to guide your learning and growth. Focus on the third eye and crown chakras to open intuitive channels. We'll continue to explore techniques that sharpen the senses and heighten awareness. Class Three 11/06/24: Integration & Embodiment - we'll practice getting comfortable with new levels of relaxation in the body-mind and growing confidence in our personal language of intuitive signs, symbols and images.
