Intuitive remote coaching sessions involve gentle exploration of your current circumstances and concerns. I help elucidate underlying patterns and blockages, help the body-mind heal, and offer practical solutions so that you can up-level with clarity, confidence and joy.

Cancelation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please let me know 48 hours in advance. With respect for everyone's time - including other clients hoping to schedule, sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours advance notice will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Thank you for your understanding.
