Combining decades of formal education with transformative personal experience, my approach is both compassionate and effective.

I’m a fourth generation intuitive hands-on healer, but, I didn’t connect those dots until after I’d become a licensed Acupuncturist, had two Masters in Counseling Psychology, and had started offering free coaching/healing services to friends out of my small Brooklyn apartment.

While I’d personally gained terrific insight through talk therapy - Psychology was my background afterall - it wasn’t until I explored embodied practices like Vipassana meditation, yoga and shamanic journeying that I understood the true meaning of transformational healing.  After a few life-changing acupuncture sessions, I fell in love with the gentle power of acupuncture and quickly enrolled in a Masters program in Chinese Medicine and graduated with honors in 2010. Soon after, I was certified to teach yoga and in 2012, Intuitive Health & Healing was born.  My deep love for energy medicine inspired me further to earn certifications in flower essence therapy in AZ and a Certificate in the Foundations of Homeopathy from the School of Homeopathy in the UK.

For the past 5 years, I’ve been awarded Best Acupuncturist in Tucson.  I love Chinese Medicine, and, perhaps my deepest passion belongs to Intuitive Coaching.* Intuitive Coaching is a combination of soft psychic reading, energy healing and life coaching all in one.  Integrating trauma-informed approaches and Nervous System balancing techniques has rounded out my services in such a grounding way. I regularly collaborate with spiritual teachers, homeopaths, Chinese Medicine practitioners, and energy healers for my own wellbeing and to continually update the services that I can offer you. For the past 19 years, I’ve maintained a daily practice of meditation and yoga - tho that often looks more like gentle stretching.

In-person, I offer a mix of Acupuncture, Intuitive Coaching, Craniosacral therapy, Reiki, Nervous System Resourcing, and other healing modalities. For distance Zoom & phone sessions, I'm honored to offer Intuitive Coaching, Energy Healing, Nervous System Balancing and Life-style/Self-care techniques.

*Please note that Intuitive Coaching is not a substitute for mental health counseling or psychiatric care.

"Britta is the absolute best acupuncturist that I've been too. I used to play roller derby and got injured from skating as well as weight lifting and other activities. I've had immediate improvement for ailments such as tennis elbow, strained shin muscle/shin splints, and a fractured sacrum. When I went in for my sacrum, I could barely bend over or sit without extreme pain. Within an hour of acupuncture I could do these things with only a moderate amount of pain. No joke, the difference was nothing short of AMAZING. Britta listens to you, to your needs, and explains the acupuncture process in a way that makes sense. She's very gentle and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for healing. A+++"
