The lovely Kerry Cummins will guide us through a celestial sound bath using chakra attuned quartz and gemstone crystal bowls. The subtle frequencies created by the singing bowls transmit a profoundly relaxing experience, activating the parasympathetic nervous system, improving focus, wellbeing and sleep.

Britta will provide a blissful acupuncture treatment to bring your physical, emotional and spiritual bodies into alignment. Acting as antennas, the acupuncture needles reverberate with the healing sound waves of the bowls and transmit them deep into the body, resulting in an incredibly nourishing, transcendent experience.
