Intuitive in-person and remote coaching sessions involve gentle exploration of your current circumstances and concerns. I help elucidate underlying patterns and blockages, help the body-mind heal, and offer practical solutions so that you can up-level with clarity, confidence and joy.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please notify us 24 hours in advance. With respect for everyone's time, sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours advance notice will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
